Hi all, since the release of my book, I’ve taken a break from blogging and have taken the time to reorient myself a bit. I’ve started a podcast in order to host the audio-file of my book as a giveaway for those who sign up for my email list. Since I’ve already set that up, I’ve had the idea—which was also suggested by a friend—to start doing podcast episodes.

So, I’ve done my first episode which I’ll feature below. Tentatively, my plan is, to do a podcast episode then two weeks later do a blog post and keep that alternating cycle going. Basically it would end up being a podcast roughly once a month and a blog-post roughly once a month. This might change as I reorient my time management since leaving my business and starting a job.
